for being a fraud.

i subscribed yesterday,payed my bloody money in order to watch the euroleague playoffs live.

yesterday i was able to watch them although the quality was not really good. i expected something better since i payed and since it's official,but i said,what the hell,let it be.

today i was not able to watch the game,and when i contacted them,they said that "due to broadcasting rights implied by television and other online broadcasters we are unable to show this game in your region".

i asked them "then why did i pay you for?"

and their answer was that they will give me money back and cancel my subscription....

they already cancelled my subscription,but haven't see any money yet.

Para el que no entiende ingles, basicamente dice que en el sitio [Tienes que estar registrado y conectado para ver este vínculo] pagó por ver los playoffs de la euroliga, vio un par de partidos en calidad regular y luego ya no pudo ver porque le dijeron desde el sitio que por dereches de tv no pueden emitirlo en su pais.
Y dice entonces para qué pagué?? Solamente le avisan que cancelan su suscripcion y le devolverán el dinero (esperemos....)

i finally got my money back today.

the problem isn't the money(besides it's just 5 euros per month),
it's mostly the fact they can't deliver what they're supposed to offer,plus they're rude and unprofessional.

if you're the official site you should provide everything(every game) everywhere,just like the nba league pass does.can you imagine nba league pass not being able to to show you half of the games?

at least if you're can't,you should WARN the guys who live into the countries that have that issue,BEFORE they give their bloody money.

plus they should NOT cancel my subscription.
they should just give me the money back (besides 5 euros is not a big deal for them) without canceling my subscription,if they wanted to show true dignity.

instead they didn't answer me any further,they cancelled my subscription and i couldn't watch any further. at least i got the money back today after almost a week since that happened.

yeah it really is,that's why i made it public,so that people would not have to face the shame #$% like i did.

I saw the Final Four with the livebasketball.tv, and I was in turkey this dates, but the conexion it's ok, and the quality it's ok, I don't undertand because you can't see the matchs correctly...

Because the quality coverage isn,t the same in every countries, in Turkey is good quality but in anothers countries isn,t so good quality, best regards!!
